Everything is easy to use and feels quality, my only complaint is I wish the basket that holds your infusion ingredient sat much closer to the bottom of the container. Otherwise it works great and looks clean and tidy even on top of a drinks fridge !

Recently been drinking tea in place of coffee as I’ve found it more enjoyable, this is amazing as I can ale a bit pitcher last me throughout the day if I’m working from home, or I can make a large amount at once and take it on the go. Very easy to clean, easy to use, and feels nice and sturdy.

Bought this to make my herbal teas in bulk instead of cup by cup. It really does the job and is easy to clean. The glass is thin but I've had it for almost a year and it hasn't been an issue, granted its just me and the husband. so I don't have to worry about kids and pets. The strainer is really fine mesh and keeps out 98% of the sediment. But anyone who deals with loose herbs knows you cannot avoid all of it. I use it about 3-4 times weekly. All and all its a very good pitcher/system. :)

Forget the recommendations of Serious Eats, Southern Living and others--as good as they typically are and where I initially went to find a tea maker. However, THIS is the cold brew, iced tea maker, all-purpose carafe you want! Would even make lovely sangria or fruit-infused waters. Oh, my! Can't say enough good! Artfully designed, excellent quality, STAINLESS STEEL, ingenious engineering & design. Even the packaging is elegant. Very giftable--excellent hostess gift or wedding shower present. SOOO GLAD I stumbled upon it. Is now one of my all-time favorite tools & everyday kitchen and beverage serving pieces! Will be gifting several!

Bought for the beautiful flowering teas. But we use it for anything needing a pitcher! It's AWESOME!!! Sturdy, balanced, DRIP FREE, and a comfortable grip. And I love the large size!

I love this teapot because I can put a lot of mixed loose teas in the centre metal strainer. After we drink our fill of the hot tea, I let the tea cool off ,, put a bit of honey in it,,stir it up with a wooden spoon or nonmetal stir stick and put it in the fridge use for iced tea for the next few days! They have a smaller version, which probably will be ample for most people. This will hold quite a bit of liquid for large group of peopleChose this one because it has some metal lid that sits down inside of it, and it doesn’t tend to spill out over the little glass spout on the glass pot on other styles that you can get. It’s a smart design this way.

Fits nicely into the refrigerator with its slender design. Easy to use loose leaf tea or tea bags . I was worried about ordering glass online as it’s thin , but everything was packaged well so no problems. The pour spout is pretty cool. It’s easy to clean . I even run it through the dishwasher every once in a while . I’ve used it almost every day for several months and everything is just as new.

My partner bought one of these for us and we loved it but it broke while we were cleaning it. It tapped the side of our sink so we blamed or clumsiness. We really loved how our tea tasted when brewed it in this pot and we knew we needed a second one so I bought 2 more and we agreed on caution when handling. We took extra measure like making sure any removal of the pour spots and lids were done with the pot firmly set on a flat surface, when washing it's the only thing to he washed and they are to he done separately. All of these steps to avoid an accidental bump with any hard surface and it still didn't matter.Of the 3 we bought we have one left and I'm scared every time we use it.I love how this product made our tea but we can't keep replacing them as fast as they break.My French press (different brand) is also made of borosilicate glass and that thing is a monster it handles everything.I feel bad because we also bought a smaller version for my partners elderly aunt who loves tea as much as we do. Hopefully the smaller one is better qualityWould not recommend to anyone who hasn't bubble wrapped their whole house

I love the shape of this teapot. It highlights the blooming teas nicely. I do wish the lid had a lip on it to stay in the pot when pouring the tea though.
