I made white chocolate brownies in my new pan. The size is perfect and it did not stick at all. The heat distribution was great. I love the pan and it has some weight to it so easy to work with. Not flimsy at all.

Heavy duty metal and a nonstick coating that looks like it will be durable. The plastic top fits very well, too. Used it once so far and it worked great. Very happy with this purchase.

I have used it many times already. Baked goods just slide out. I use it now for baking everything. I got tired of the "metallic" taste I got from my traditional pans so I thought I would try this. It is very sturdy and really works as advertised. I also ended up buying this 9-inch one from the same manufacturer as I previously bought the 8-inch version. Just great quality and the cover makes it really convenient for storing leftover baked goods.

The first time we made Millionaire Shortbread Cookies we used an 8” regular pan because we didn’t have the required 9” pan.The cookies were delicious, but too thick and stuck to the pan. We got this amazing 9” pan (see my shirtless husband holding his creation) which is non-stick and juuust the right size.The cookies came out easily in whole pieces and were just the right thickness! And, the pan comes with a plastic lid, so you can keep your food fresh right in the pan you baked it in.I highly recommend this pan. We plan to buy more baking supplies like this.
