The fact it’s half inch drive gives it a lot of power taking off brake calipers. This is a needed to if you do any brake work.

The TEKTON 1/2 Inch Drive x 11 mm Hex Impact Bit Socket is a strong, quality addition to any toolbox. The 11mm hex is needed when removing the brake calipers on Jeeps and I was surprised that with all the tools I have, there wasn't an 11mm hex to be found. Check out your sets before you need an 11mm and you may be surprised, too. Almost all hex sets don't include an 11mm! The Tekton hex socket is hefty and strong. I'm sure it will outlast me, lol.

Bought this to do front brakes on a Mercedes GL350. Seems solid and I used it with an impact wrench. Price was also reasonable.

It’s well worth the money . High quality Allen socket . Use it right along with the tool truck brands and it does the job. In fact after using this I kinda regret buying the Snap On set . Other than the convenience of replacement with a tool truck no reason not to buy Tekton.

I have a 6mm and 8mm Tekton impact bit. Like this 10mm I added to my tool box. They work great. I have a bunch of Tekton products. I enjoy them all. Tekton customer service is great also.

I have a bolt on a trailer hitch that needed a 3/4 hex. I could have got a bolt to tighten it up instead of this, but as its a hitch, I wanted to be able to make sure I could really get it tight. It worked great, thank you
