I got this along with a twin pack of a similar looking plastic version. This worked great and let me get all the pickles out of their jars with ease. No fishing with your wet fingers and dripping pickle juice everywhere. This grabber is study enough to get even large dill spears and so far has held up well. The cheaper plastic version was useless, the wimpy wire ends just rolled over small gherkins and chips without holding on to them. Avoid them and get these instead. they are sturdy and work well

These were the coolest looking grabbers that I could find on Amazon. All other ones looked tacky in my opionion. Took me a day to get use to using them and I loved them once I did. But then the claw pieces started to get stuck open. Then out of nowhere a piece fell out of the bottom of the utensil and now it’s basically broken. The part that fell out is at the bottom of my pickle jar, so I guess I’ll see if I can fix it once i eat all the pickles..
