Yes, the ladder is heavy due to the stainless steel aspect--good job. Is it user-friendly--sure. What makes this ladder more enjoyable is the little giant ladder step platform. The 12x18" step is rugged. Durable. Easy to use and safe.This ladder is more than is meet. I'm a DIYr. I have no need for an extremely tall ladder (though I thought I needed such). The 8.5ft A-frame plus 16.5ft extension mode meets my needs from home projects to commercial work.To make use of transporting the ladder while on jobs I purchased wheels to attach to the stabilizing bar. I can say this was one of the most thorough-researched purchases. I am pleased. I am happy. And I cannot wait to spring make use of this supporting character. It's wise to purchase a standoff stabilizer to use for roofs or wall....other than that, solid ladder. And heavier than most aluminum telescoping ladders.

I need a ladder for my work, but my car is small. This ladder is the perfect solution! It collapses to fit easily into my trunk, and it’s very light, making it easy to take from job to job. It seems like it shouldn’t hold up, but I stand on it for hours every day and have no trouble. (I’m 6’ 1” and 300 lbs.) I would recommend this to anyone who needs an easily-portable and -storable ladder.

This is one of those "where have you been all my life" products. This 10.5-foot retractable ladder is a brilliant design and well made. It is very light to carry and compact when stored.I have a Class A motorhome that is 12 foot high. This ladder allows me to get to the roof radius edges, slide out toppers and other various roof height elements of the RV for easy and stable access. I am very pleased with the usefulness, quality and price of this product!

I just received this ladder yesterday and used it to clean out my gutter.The ladder arrived on time and while the box was a bit worse for wear, the ladder was in perfect shape.I researched other telescoping ladders before I bought this one - and many of them seem to be similar or exactly the same so I went with a less expensive one. So far, so good!BTW: The included hooks, which are easy to install and remove, add an extra degree of safety which I appreciate.

The title pretty much says it all!! The seller has made it impossible to return, plus no help from the customer service department at Amazon. I explained over and over that the ladder was way to heavy and unstable , it took three people to try and get it up there’s about 3-6 rungs that won’t go up . My husband, myself and friend packaged right back up I contacted Amazon which has been a nightmare. At first the 3rd. Party seller tried to get us to keep the ladder even though there’s a 30Day complete return. Then the seller kept offering 15- 3+ $ dollars to keep the ladder. So it went to just keep as a gift for someone. NO, it’s a very unsafe ladder. Amazon needs to check their sellers better. This has been a nightmare, I hope no one purchases anything from Moro Kingdom. They don’t want to pay for shipment for their defective product. So Amazon should make this right!!

Great ladder for tucking away and occasionally pulling out to reach high stuff. I use it to access my attic. And this one is much cheaper than big boxor local hardware stores, by half in summer cases.Be prepared to wear shoes, the steps are very narrow and hurt bare feet. But kinda a no-brainer eh?It works exactly as advertised, feels plenty solid, and is stable. The only enhancement I can see is adding hooks to the top for hanging onto whatever you're using it on, like attic framing.

Purchased this hoping it wasn't cheaply made. Item arrived and it work great. I weigh 300lbs and it holds me with no issues at all. It extends easily and retracts with a simple click of the locking buttons that hold it extended. The only issue is that it is a little heavy when retracted, BUT, it has a nice velcro strap that holds it in closed position, so you can carry it nicely.I used it to check the top of my camper and it fits under the bed or inside the external camper storage. It was also half of the price for the other extendable ladders on Amazon.
