This net offers three really important features for use in my boat:1. It has a large basket, suitable for a larger fish2. It has a long handle, providing better reach3. It offers 1 and 2, but with a handle that reverses for compact storageItem # 3 made this one very attractive for my application. I have a fixed-handle net in my boat, but it is not very long, and the basket is not very large due to the need to store it somewhere in the boat. This one fits the job well. The construction seems durable enough for any fish I expect to catch. It is sturdy but not too heavy. The rubber net will be less likely to snag on hooks, fins, and other snags.

The SEASPRO Telescoping Fishing Net is an excellent tool for any angler! The lightweight yet durable design makes it easy to use in both freshwater and saltwater, while the rubber netting ensures that fish are safely handled without harm. The telescoping handle extends easily, allowing for extra reach when needed, and the non-slip grip provides comfort and security during use. I’ve used it on a few fishing trips, and it has worked flawlessly every time. If you're looking for a reliable, easy-to-use net, I highly recommend this one!

This net is perfect for the occasional weekender like myself. I love how thick the netting is, which keeps it from tangling up but also makes it easier to clean. The pole has a couple adjustment points, so you can really dial it in, but even fully extended it's pretty sturdy. Most of the time I'll probably have it fully closed myself, which does make it sturdier, but I wouldn't hesitate to grab it if I needed to use it at full reach. I like the fact you can flip the handle to make storage easier too. It's a nice net for grabbing fish (or whatever) out of the water.

This net has so many features. a very has a rubber mesh so it should last forever. It is a very sturdy handle that can completely disassemble for easy storage or carrying. It can be extended or using any twist method you can collapse it. I think it’s going to be heavy enough for most fish I could possibly want to land. I’m excited and just waiting for the weather to break so I can take it out and use it. The handle is non slip and when it is mostly closed it’s very sturdy. The handle can be removed and inserted in the opposite direction to make the net as small as possible for carrying. It’s not quick and easy to do so make sure you set it up traditionally so when you need to use it, it’s ready. I have a couple of fishing nets. This is by far my favorite now.

This is a very nice fishing net. The opening in the rubberized net is about 1" in diameter so small fish will just slip through. I like the heavy rubber design of the net. It should be easy to clean and I expect last a long time. The handle is a telescopic design. You press in on the steel nub at the base of the net to remove the handle from the net. You turn it around and reinsert into the net and then you can unscrew the various extensions to make this as long as you like.I think this a great net for a weekend fishing program. Good quality and a good product.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this fishing net. I first thought that it was going to be made of rope or similar material, but the netting is made of plastic instead, which provides significantly more durability and strength right off the bat. The pole and handle are sturdy and easy to grip, so I have no problem using the catching net. I recommend it.

This is a really great net. Here’s what I like about it:- it’s got a large opening and can telescope a good length, but it folds up to a pretty good portable size, all things considered;- the rubber (or silicone?) netting material feels great—it protects the fish and doesn’t stay wet;- both the frame and the pole are aluminum, not plastic;- it’s quite light;- it’s an excellent value compared to similar products; and- a bonus is that it looks really cool (I really dig the red frame).Do note that although it’s relatively portable for its size, it’s not super convenient to unfold. So, if you intend to land a fish with this, the net either needs to have already been put together or you need to have a buddy land the fish for you. Because of that, this product is really meant either for folks who are willing to kayak around with this strapped to their kayak in some way or folks in a larger boat. There are admittedly better options for each use case (nets easier to manage for kayakers and stronger nets for larger vessels); however, the combination of good form, function, and value make this net a compelling proposition that I’m happy to recommend.

This is a great rubber net. It completely solves the problem of our treble hooks getting snagged in our nylon webbing net. The net is deep and wide. The rim is very robust aluminum and the handle is also super sturdy. It telescopes to three sections and you can adjust from about a foot and a half to around four feet. You can also remove the handle when collapsed and slide it into the net side for storage making the whole thing just the size of the net (see pic), which is how it is shipped. Outstanding.
