I was so excited to get this ladder. We have a small attic in our ADU and I need a way to get there. Well, the first and only time I used it, it slipped and I fell straight on my back. I hurt for some time after and am very fortunate I didn't have any long lasting injuries. In retrospect, I don't think my opening is large enough for the angle to be secure. Great concept especially the size it extends to and goes down to. Just not for my application.

I got the 12.5 ft one button version. Feels solid and well designed. The swiveling feet for extra stability is nice. The grippy feet on the top and bottom are nice. I was worried about having to open it from the bottom in a tight space, but it can be easily opened to any length by starting in the middle and pushing up.

Needed the height and easy storage. Worked great on both accounts

I bought this to allow me to access the cargo rack area on top of my van. I was concerned about the narrow steps but it is sturdy and easy to use.

The ladder works well, and the two button system latches as needed and I haven’t had any issues with it not catching. Figuring out which rung to start with to get to the height you want can be a little troublesome but nothing too annoying. If you put the ladder up to its max height, just know it will feel a little bit wobbly as you go up. The construction seems sturdy overall, but the higher you put the ladder up the thinner the sections get (which is obvious given the construction of the ladder and it needs to be that way in order for it to function as it does). I weigh about 160. This is a telescopic ladder so it won’t be as sturdy as a normal extension ladder but it does the job. Just not sure how long it will continue to do the job for.

I'm a 150-pound girl and it was the very thing I needed to hand something on an outside wall. I was a bit scared, but it held up fine and seemed quite study. The bottom of the ladder gripped the pave just fine. It was not slippery. It's not too hard to figure out.

This ladder has become so wobbly after using it 8 times I am in fear of falling off. It is now totally worthless. If I extend the ladder completely out for maximum height the ladder has a bow in the middle so bad it feels like it will fall apart.. PLEASE DO NOT BUY THIS LADDER!!!!!

I really like this ladder. I had one previously that had buttons to release each rung. With this ones one button function it is so much easier to use. It is a little heavier but also feels sturdier. I mainly purchased this ladder for RV use.
