Broke this thing on the first bolt on my 30k mile rust free f250 bed bolt. Supposed to be impact rated and broke it off with a normal ratchet trying to break them loose before I use an impact.

I like that it worked, and seemed very solid. I used a 1/2 ratchet on it, but I do believe I could have used my impact wrench.It snugly fit my 2022 Bronco modular bumper screws and that is Torx Plus 40... not like a standard Torx 40 bit that had that loose feel. This is the real deal.I would have liked it more if it were about $6 instead of $10, but it works fine!I really can't speak to how durable it is, as I've only used it twice, but it seems quite solid.

Used this to take the stock hub bolts out of the Onewheel GT and GTS. Works exactly like I needed it to and I love the fact that it provides a socket access so that you could get a bunch of torque on it with a breaker bar or something if need be. Tolerances seem good and fit in the bolts like I needed it too. Affordable price as well so no complaints there.

did not fit the grips on the torx end were to big to fit an bolt seems like they were not machined properly as they are to thick to fit in the grooves . Was of no use at all

I bought this to remove the bed bolts on my 2001 F-150. The fit of the bit to the oddball Torx "Plus" bolts Ford uses was very good. The problem I had was that my bolts were rusted to the nuts under the chassis, and the Torx fitting in the bolt heads all stripped out. However, this was NOT the fault of this socket bit. Probably due to me using an impact wrench.The bit came through with flying colors despite the bolts all getting trashed. Apparently the hardness of the bit was greater than the bolt heads.I would definitely buy this bit again if a needed one for any job other than having to remove rusty F150 bed bolts. In that particular case I would just skip to the step where I grind the bolt heads off to remove the bed.

The teeth are too fat for the bolts on my gearbox, which ever other torx 45 has fit perfectly. Surely TORX is TORX?, but this is NOT. Waste of money

I bought 3 because I was going to use them in a extreme manner......(very tight fasteners)....and worked very well. I broke one after 4 fasteners.....(expected).....the second one twisted the profile of the socket,but did not fail. I have one left for the 12 fastener install
