I purchased this mug as a gift for my husband and he loved it initially, but it stopped working about 2 months in. For the cost, definitely not worth getting considering how short the lifespan was.

I bought a few to test as potential company swag, and one was faulty after a couple months of use. I contacted their customer service and they were very responsive, professional, and sent me a replacement. Trust-worthy team and brand.I also have Ember, but I like VFZO much better since it shows the temperature, you can directly control the temperature without using the app, and also comes with a wireless charger.

I found this on Amazon and immediately ordered one for my best friend and another for me. We both love it. The phone charger is wonderful no more fighting with short cords while I’m relaxing in my recliner. The cup is attractive and the coffee really does stay hot. Totally worth the price.

I think this is a decent smart mug, but it has some flaws. When I add liquid to the mug, it shuts off and it doesn’t turn back on when I press/hold the button. I have to place it back on the charger to power it back on. It also takes this a very long time to get to 149 degrees (longer than I’m willing to wait to start drinking my coffee). I’ve tried it with and without the lid, and I could only get the temperature to about 138. As I drink my coffee, which takes me about an hour to finish, the temperature will rise and finally reach my set temp when it’s about half full. I thought my first cup was defective and ordered a replacement, but the new cup does the exact same thing. I originally downloaded the app, but I don’t think it’s helpful since the button on the cup does everything the app can do. The cup is made of metal with an enamel coating, so I don’t use any metal stirring utensils inside. This mug definitely keeps my coffee warm through the last drop and is larger than other smart mugs on the market. Overall, I’m pleased with this!

It’s a smart mug that needs more schooling to rise to the stands of competition like Ember. First, the water temperature is not accurate with the digital temperature (see photo). Next, the phone charging station doesn’t start charging once the phone is placed on it. It took me a while to find the sweet spot for charging and when I did the charger took a few hours just to charge my phone from 10% to 34%. I replaced the phone back on the charging station and again, it took about 15min of moving it up, down, let, right, to find the correct charging position. It got frustrating.A positive, however, is that the app and the mug worked well together. No delays in controlling the mug from the app. My one concern is downloading a foreign nations app on my phone.
