I bought this with the idea that I would replace my pliers by using this. But trimming chicken breasts of this tendon is slippery at best. This did not improve on my method. Back to my pliers.

This is a Herb Stripper that the company is trying to pass of as tendon stripper. You would need a pair of pliers to get the tendon out. All the tool does is give something to hold the chicken breast down. I can do a better job with a knife.

There were some sharp edges along the tip of the tool but I took a wire brush Dremel tool and buffed them down smooth. The tendon remover aspect of this device is clever so long as you have something like pliers or hemostats lying around to grab the end of the tendon, as it's very slippery and hard to hold on to. Once you get that issue figured out the rest is simple.
