Perfect base-layer down to 10-45F degrees.All the products by this company are like "Victoria's Secret" for guys in the colder months. Silky. Supportive. Comfortable.On really cold days, these are great under the insulated snow-, ski-, or hiking-pants.On days where it's above freezing, but the wind is blowing, these are great under your work-trousers.Absolutely no chafing or other discomfort.

Terrible! I've bought these terramar long underwear for several years and they were made out of 100% silk. I ordered some more thinking I was getting the same product but no, they are now made out of 86% polyester 14% spandex and contain waterless dye polyester. Don't waste your money on these.

I bought men's briefs first, my husband really liked them. I couldn't find the product anywhere else, so looked online. The product is so soft and warm. I don't put it in the dryer, i let it air dry. So as not to break the fabric down. The material is very lightweight, it is really good quality and it stretches. My hubby is in perfect proportion, but his belly shows his love for food. The material is functional and does not hinder him from any sort of movement.

I buy these every couple years, wear them all winter and they usually last 3 to 4 seasons, more or less depending how active you are.

Very stretchy and reasonable weight fabric. I use these under ski pants and they keep me warm enough, even down to zero. I have skinny legs, and these fit pretty tightly. They are also long enough, and not all of these are.

Utterly useless for winter, as it cools you instead of keeping you warm. Walk out in -8c under my jeans, and could feel the cold right through the fabric. Had to walk back in the house in 2 minutes before catching a cold. Maybe meant for sports use, to keep you cool during intense activities.

I neede base layers for my 13 y.o. who usually wears Medium (5'8", 140lb). We purchased Small from Terramar and fit is perfect. I recommend buying 1 size smaller or buy in 2 different sizes, since returns are free to see what works for you best!I purchased both top and bottom from 2 different companies:TOP- this one "Terramar" - Coldpruf BOTTOM- this one "Terramar" - Coldpruf My son prefered both pieces Terramar. Why?- Coldpruf was not only big (so take 1 size down as it's a bottom layer), but very bulky. The fit is not to your body, but more like a top layer shirts.- Not stretchy enough- Coldpruf is Itchy, while Terramar is soft. My son has always been sensitive to what he wears and if material is "itchy" to him - he would never wear it. He started shouting after 1 minute - "take it off, too itchy". I felt it with my hands and fabric does feel very artificial and scratchy, compare to Terramar which feels very soft. In fact I can't make him take it off and he is wearing now in house.. LolReturning Coldpruf, and staying with Terramar.Will update after the skiing!
