Excellent product that provides large surface coverage. Drying time is a little long, but that’s likely because of the chemicals that are substituted to stop foam from being eaten.This goes on a little thicker than your traditional mod podge and black paint mix, that’s not much of a problem if you’re making dungeon tile floors, but if you’re doing anything with a lot of detail, you may want to test it on another piece first.

The color does not cover very well and the cap of the can clogged after the use of 1/3 of the color. As primer of scratchbuild xps-terrain not very useful. I will not buy it a second time.

First, this is for TERRAIN, not for minis!!! Very heavy coverage is designed to seal up stryo and larger terrain pieces.Do NOT use it for minis, that's not what its designed for, will turn them into little lumps of paint.

A sealer has two jobs: Protect the paint, and don't alter the paint job. I don't know if it's the "water-based" nature of this sealer, but it caused substantial color bleed in some areas where I had dry brushed. I needed to repaint those areas. I will not use this again at all.

I’m print and paint my own minis for home games and friends. I prefer to do a dark prime then highlight and fast paint my bad guys. Heroes tend to go grey or white first. The price on this was great and I thought it was worth a try. Glad I only got one can.The nozzle was loose in the cap. Got it seated, I thought, the set in to prime a new crop. This thing leaks EVERYWHERE. Drips on the floor, primer on my fingers. The pic is after one light spray over 9 minis. It’s also going on very thick, like filler primer thick. Very disappointed.I’m going to suck up the cost on better primers next time, the mess isn’t worth it.

While expensive they shipped quick and work amazingly for covering forest scenery and as a base coat for any forest or deep dungeon rock areas. Covers in one coat.

This thick flowing primer doesn’t cover in one pass and gets gluelike on the second pass killing details if you don’t have a back up brush.
