Upon arrival, the cushion on the plier handles were loose and kept twisting around as i used them. the cushions would eventually slide off and I would have to put them back on. I ordered a replacement with the agreement that I would send the original back. Status showed as shipped, then a couple days later it was showing delayed. Then it just disappeared. I contacted Amazon costumer service, and they issued me a refund. They stated that the seller had canceled the replacement order. I find it VERY unprofessional and very dishonest that they would do this and then have ZERO communication with me regarding their worthless, cheaply made product. Do better ......(i wish i could give this product zero stars)
