I love these! They are the best! They are very sturdy and they hold the floss without it slipping out. One side is a little textured and you can easily write on them with a Sharpie. I've tried HL brand (too thin and shorter slots) and DMC brand (slot is too big for floss and the bobbin doesn't have good room for writing numbers). Janlynn floss bobbins are the best hands down. I will only use these.

I was expecting floss included in the package. I received bobbins and ring. Still a good price, but title of product is misleading.

These bobbins are perfect for your thread. They're plastic, and you can write on them using a fine tip permanent marker. These are the only ones I'll use.

I use these bobbins to organize my floss for projects. I then use the ring to hold the colors I’m currently using to the project they go to. They’re almost 5 in my local store.

Awesome little floss bobbins! I use these for organizing floss for current projects so usually have a few different rings around. The paper/cardboard bobbins that you usually get are useless, these plastic bobbins are a game changer if you stitch.It makes it easier if you take a little time to prep before starting a project, especially if you tend to take your stash on the road. We travel a good bit and if I only have an hour in the airport to get some stitching in its nice to have everything ready to just pull out and work on.If I had any complaint, which I don't, I'd wish for a larger ring. If you're working on a large or complex stitching project the ring is really not large enough to hold every floss you'll need. Even though there are 25 bobbins you will never get that many full bobbins on the ring. No biggie though, you can always buy a 2nd ring (they are super cheap) or use multiples.I absolutely 100% recommend stocking up!

Very solid and inexpensive, I use it all the time for my projects. I only wish it was easier to write directly on the bobbins... but then again you can always put tape or a sticker on it
