The small straps are extra. I needed them to make connection to my machine work. Also, the tube around your waist is rather hard and quite heavy. You need to tighten the loop around your waist to keep it from dropping down.While using the product at 13% incline and 3.2 speed setting, it broke without warning and I was thrown to the floor without injury.

don't need to hold on anymore. I can walk fast or even run with total stability. Wish I had it a long time ago

I really like this belt. However within 4 uses one of the holes I use has broken. Needs more reinforcement on the holes

I have issues with balance making workouts on the treadmill difficult. The Treadmill stability belt centers my body allowing me to work out without holding the side rails. I'm now able to increase my incline and run at faster speeds. I highly recommend this product for anyone who works out on a treadmill!
