This is one heavy duty wall shelf! It is made of heavy gauge steel with a nice durable satin black finish. It bolts across two 16” on center studs utilizing heavy duty lag bolts. The shelf safely stows fast grab car care items and the paper towel holder puts just enough tension on the roll that you can pull and tear off what you need with one hand. I liked the unit so much I bought a second one to place above it. I keep my fast grab stuff on the lower unit and other items I don’t use often up above. An excellent product!

For the money, it's an acceptable shelf. It was straightforward to install and assemble! Not a big issue as I have lots of different screws in my possession. Found two like-minded screws and assembled as it should be.

This paper towel holder/shelf is very easy to assemble, very sturdy, and very easy to mount. It should hold more weight than you’ll ever want to put on it. A small edge would be nice for the shelf, but certainly not a big distraction.

This little shelf is great for mounting over a garage sink. It’s probably overbuilt, heavier duty than it needs to be - the metal is fairly heavy gauge. The included mounting hardware is heavy duty, too, but you would only use them if there’s wooden studs right where you need them. (The mounting holes are 16” on center. If you use the included screws, you’ll definitely want to pre-drill pilot holes.). Instead, I used wall anchors rated at 65 lbs. so it’s plenty strong for this little shelf. Lastly, the brackets that hold the paper towels are spaced exactly the right distance apart so the roll is held snugly on each end so the roll won’t spin freely, but easy enough for convenience.
