Attaches to wall stud. Long screws and wall anchors provided.

Sturdy
Made of a combination of solid wood and bent ply. Wall stud installation is strongly recommended but four wall anchors are provided for additional support.
Carpeted
Comfortable berber carpet is replaceable if worn. (White model comes with white faux fur).
Carpet is attached with Velcro-like material.

My Girls Daisy & Oreo Love Laying On These Above Our Couch Watch TV Or Just Napping Which Give Them Great Sleep Quality. We Have Several Sizes Of Them As A Stair Step Style So They Love Running Around The House To Jump Across Them. The Soft Cover Is Removable & Machine Washable, Yet We Air Dry Them. They Velcro To The Shelve, Which Are Very Secure As The Girls Love To Play & Sometimes Will Almost Fall Yet Catch Themselves. Never Once Has The Cover Or Shelf Come Off Or Fallen. The Screws Hold The Shelves Securely In Place & The Shelves Are Thick. It’s A Beautiful Design They Love & I Love Them Too! It’s Functional, Easy To Assemble, The Perfect Size & There Is No Smell To This Shelf!

This lotus branch is top notch quality! I am so happy with this piece. It's so well made and beautiful! I would give it 10 stars if that was an option. My cat loves it! If you're looking for a wall piece for your cat that also makes a statement, don't hesitate to buy this.

I’ve been wanting this for a while now and finally decided to get it. It came packaged wonderfully to insure there wasn’t any damages during shipping. It was also easy to put up(with 2 people). Once it was screwed in, my baby hopped right on up to enjoy her new space. It’s super sturdy and just a beautiful piece. The wood is so smooth and it just looks great in the living room. I’ll definitely be buying more Refined Feline in the future!

Great quality wood, feels heavy duty, comes fully assembled! I ordered this for my mother’s apartment and it showed up in a giant box. All I needed to do was pull it out and find a place to put it up.Installed it and my mom’s cat jumped up and went to town sharpening her claws on the sisal carpeting. She also loves just lounging on this right above our heads, while we’re sitting on the couch.This comes with mounting hardware, but do yourself a favor and buy some Hillman Waldog/Borefast drywall screws. It will make installing this so much easier, especially if you don’t have extra help, plus you’ll just love using those screws for anything you’ll ever need to install on your walls in the future. You’ll need a small pack of 2” to mount this and 1.25” for pretty much everything else.

Love the looks and durability of these shelves. Purchased the Lotus cat tree over 10 years ago and it still looks great. Bought the shelves for my container home and they look great, Sophie has already put her scent all over them! Highly recommend!

Offers a great competitive advantage for adding space. The shelves are quality, aestheticly pleasing, and are getting so much use. I like that the design accommodates both play and rest. I had a professional installer come and mount them with the additional appropriate hardware for metal studs; they drilled a hole size so zip Togglers could fit. It's been 6 months and the integrity is holding up- even the rugs. I have 5 cats. They get to vote for what they like or don't like; I'm just the mouthpiece. They love them! The shelves provide quality social, play, and rest. I am already working on mounting another set of shelves in response. Thank you Refined Feline!

This was one of the easiest pieces to install for putting the cats on the wall, other than it is very heavy and takes two people. Once I found one stud the holes lined up perfectly with 16" stud spacing. The issue I had was that the cats don't like the fuzzy cover. I wish they gave you the option of fuzz or carpet. I thought perhaps it came with both. To order the carpet for the shelf and wall bed from the company is another $56. This pushes the value of this item over what I wanted to spend. I could have just put up a long floating box shelf and had a place for the cats and a place to put things for me. And it would have been within the budget. Almost $60 for fitted carpet seems too high. The box it came it was fun. The people who own this company have a delightful sense of fun.

I bought this for my daughter's apartment when she adopted two young adult cats. She and the cats love it. It is sturdy and we'll constructed. Cats love the furry cover and it is removable for washing or replacing.
