it all worked out good....mower ran good...........only thing was spark plug end was crappy....

All parts displayed were included in the delivery. Removed retainer clip and the old coil prying with a flat blade screwdriver. Wire brushed laminations using linear strokes. Installed new coil and clip. Used screwdriver to gently pry laminations to create snug fit to coil.

I bought this product to repair an old Tecumseh horizontal shaft ignition. I spent days troubleshooting this 'new' ignition coil and points after install without ever achieving a spark. Went to google and found other people had the same issue with 'off-brand' parts. I went back to eBay and found OEM Tecumseh coil and spark and after installing I got spark right away. DO NOT BUY THESE PARTS. ONLY BUY OEM
