The width is too wide for the gutter channel. It should be narrower

Nothing wrong with the product itself (it's quite sturdy), but unless you have a very wide gutter or no roof overhang to deal with, this will likely be too wide to fit and perform the job. There are similar but narrower products available on Amazon as well that fit perfectly and performed well in my standard gutter set up.

Great tool and time saver. Used for the first time yesterday and it worked great. It scooped up dirt buildup and leaves easily. Well built and sturdy. Did the whole house in record time. It helps to pack leaves in scoop before removal. It is necessary to tilt towards roof to get past shingles. Very happy with my purchase.

I do gutter cleaning for a living .. first this ins a great design because it allows for water to drain out of the back of the shovel .. and it keeps a lot of water out of the garbage bag.. how ever the durability is horrible .. it’s very brittle plastic and breaks after only a few uses .. I have had 4 of them and all of them broke .. I will not buy these again .. due to the brittleness of them ..

This is by far the greatest gutter scooper around. Strong enough to take ice out the gutter in the winter and not bend or break like the others. Also it will pick up the dirt and leaves without the water. The only problem is because of its Width if the gutters are narrow or shingles lay over gutter too much this will be almost impossible to use because of its stiffness. Other than that this is the best you will find out there. Can also be used to feed animals food or poop scooper.

I bought this with a little apprehension because I didn't know if it was going to work as described, but it fits perfectly on my gutters, is sturdy and works well. There's a small space at the back, near the handle that lets water seep out so you get mainly leaves and other debris from the gutter, rather than splashing water everywhere when a gutter is backed up. This product is definitely as described by the seller and I would buy from them again.

If it had fit my tight gutters would have really like it but it was just a little too tight so had to go in sideways many places and sideways coming out. So had to use a small soil shovel and paper towels instead. Our roofers stuck shingles over our gutters which was part of the issue. But if it had been about 1/8 inche to 1/4 inch narrower it could have worked. I as concerned about the shingles look but wondered why they had them ending at the edge that way. Any Roofers or avid homeowners please help me understand the need or can I cut off the "excess". I was putting up heat tape when the temps warmed up to a balmy 41 degrees and the snow mostly had melted off the roof. I am wondering since if the first time put up heat cables and have an automatic sensor to measure temperature and melting near by when would the heat tape melt the snow or should I plug in directly to just test the installation and trust that sensor? I tried to melt snow even by putting the heat on in the garage for a few hours but that did not start melting the snow that way! I know the cables are stock ones from H.D. not those fancy ones that are much more strong and lasting. But at least I learned what I could do. And finally cleaned those pesky gutters which had drip covers which I felt were not helping that much and proved when I got to look under them. IF getting new ones many more choices now would only want ones that can lift up and be cleaned under with out ripping them out. But read many bad reviews of new versions. The sell for boocoo bucks and may not even help?
