These wouldn't keep anyone warm, and they run extremely small. Hubs got a large, when he normally wears a medium, and they came fitting like a small. Not worth it.

These definitely keep you warm in 20-30 degree weather and would be great for running,biking and or sports but if you’re looking for thermals to wear under clothes for outdoor work I had to take off a star since there’s no pee hole which is very inconvenient.

I did a lot of browsing and research looking for thermal underware. I live in Alaska and I work at a hockey rink, so I'm pretty much cold most of the year,so I needed something that would fit right and be warm and would be cost effective. So these have a 4.6 rating and for the price,I paid right around $50 and got 3 sets of thermal underwear,3 bottoms,3 tops. They came vacuum sealed in a plastic reusable bag. As soon as my hand touched these layers,I knew right away I had made a great choice. The material was very soft but you could tell this was a quality product. They were thick and were somewhat heavy,which to me says durability. They are super soft on the inside,stretchable fabric and they look nice. My sets consisted of 2 black sets and 1 camo set. And they are warm,and that's what I was hoping for. As for sizing,I'm 5'6" and weigh about 170 and medium fit perfect. I am completely satisfied and I highly recommend this product. These thermals are by far the best ones I've ever worn. Extremely comfortable and warm, the material is the perfect thickness to keep you warm throughout the day/night without causing you to over heat. It does run a tiny bit small, but not a problem, especially for us guys as it accentuates your arms, chest and calves in the best way! I definitely plan on ordering more sets, one of each color.
