Been using this product for years. The RV I have now is 8 years old and have not had any issues with seals. This is what I use to keep them in great shape.

Well, maybe the stuff works great ? I don't know cause whenI took off the cap the spray nozzlewas broken off. I purchased it ahead of time getting ready for a bunch of camper projects . By the time I realized the broken nozzle return date had passed ^%$#.

So I had used this product for the last couple of years on my Schwintek slide rails. Always had to have a rag handy to catch oil like drips...always noticed the product ran and would accumulate at the bottom of each zig-zag in the track. Then finally one of my 4 slides would not open/shut properly and into the dealer it goes. Diagnosed problem...the slides were GUNKED UP with this stuff and impeding the gears and system during use. It took me days digging out the buildup too...ugh. (If you have Schwintek slides you know you don't want to give them any excuses to not operate easily.) So the RV dealer turns me on to CRC 03044 Dry PTFE Lubricating Spray...it really is dry going on...no runs...dirt doesn't want to stick to it and my slides love it. This lesson and/or product only cost me a $300 repair bill...the rest of my can of Slide-Out Dry Lube Protectant is going into the trash now.

This stuff really works. I've used it and other products but this works best. I will say it really stinks and will stain your hands but I don't care as long as it keeps my slide moving smoothly.
