I opened this and the chemical smell almost knocked me over. That smell tells me all I need to know about handing this item to a baby or a cat - a hard no. The item itself looks like a baby toy, acts like a baby toy, and even says on the insert that it's a baby toy. The plastic would never hold up to a cats claws, and I'm not willing to risk water leaking all over the place. This is going in the garbage because that's where it belongs. I would never buy this again.

The description shows it is for babies and also for cats. So I ordered it for my cat and it was late shipping for one and then when I got it, my cat wants nothing to do with it. I think it’s more for babies and not for cats. It was a waste of money for me.

The kittens were definitely interested in it. 2 minutes of play and it was punctured. Slow water leak resulted. Disappointed because it would be great for paws on hot days.

When I got this item, I put the proper amount of water in it, making sure I did not overfill it.But, when my cats started playing, the PVC material did NOT hold up. Little puncture holes from my fur babies claws were everywhere they touched, and water was seeping out onto my floor.The description about this item is totally misleading, in other words, it’s all a lie.I do not recommend this item to anyone if they are thinking about buying it for their cats to play with, you will just be throwing your money away.The description states there’s no refunds, because I’m sure they knew the PVC would not hold up when cats played with it.

This mat was said to have thicken plastic for cats to play with it. Started leaking from a puncture hole within 2 minutes of the cat playing with. Learn from my experience and save your $$$

My cats were afraid of it and then it broke quickly when they did play with it. Easily punctured by cat claws. Did not last long
