ADDITIONAL NOTES
- To clean the brace, handwash it gently in cold water with mild detergent and dry it flat. Do NOT iron.
- Gel will become too hard in sub-zero freezers; let it thaw a bit before use.

This design just would not stay up. It needs to be tapered a bit with more than one strap instead of one long wrap and wrap strap.

Sur le principe, cet ensemble "poche de gel + tissus de maintien" est une excellente idée, sauf que dans la réalité c'est ben moins efficace que je ne l'espérai.Il y a donc :- une poche de gel que l'on peut mettre soit au congélateur soit au micro onde pour un effet froid ou chaud en fonction de la douleur à soulager ; cette poche de gel possède comme 3 parties ce qui en facilite le positionnement sur des membres arrondies comme le mollet ou le bras.- une partie en tissus néoprène destinée à maintenir la poche en place sur la partie douloureuse, grâce à une attache en velcro, dans laquelle une poche a été prévue pour y glisser le gel refroidie ou réchaufferSauf qu’à l’usage, c’est bien moins satisfaisant. En effet, après plus de 24h au congélateur, la poche a perdu de son effet froid au bout de 10mn. En plus, le tissus en néoprène étant plutôt épais, on ne sent quasiment pas le froid donc un effet apaisant quasi inexistant.De plus, positionné sur le mollet, on ne peut pas marcher avec car le poids de la poche fait glisser le tout sur la cheville.Dommage, l’idée est bonne mais au final cela n’est pas efficace

Either I never noticed it before or it is a newer thing that you can use these packs for hot OR cold. I find this to be quite handy and allows you to keep less items around the house.This comes with the nice ice (or heat) pack that you just keep in the freezer, plus the cover and velcro. The cover keeps your skin protected and clean and the velcro allows you to strap it as tightly as you need. Very handy.
