Really nice copper hammer. Ideal for shifting reluctant but delicate bolts. Made in the UK with care & attention. A nice addition to any hobbyist’s tool kit. Recommended.

exactement ce que je cherchais pour taper les pièces en étau sur ma fraiseuse. pas trop gros, embouts de frappe en cuivre (pas trop dur) qui ne marquent pas les pièces, avec un manche et emboitage de qualité. Manquait juste un trou dans le manche pour mettre une attache et l'accrocher. Chose faite.Je recommande

I'm not sure how the copper inserts are mounted. The one a tried to remove doesn't unscrew. I wanted to remove them so I could mill a chamfer around the edge so they don't round over. They are obviously new, but no what I would call "well done". Since it is a copper hammer, it won't look shiny and new for long, but I was hoping to receive something that was in that state when I received it.The packaging was pretty poor. It's a hammer so it needs no padding, but at least the cardboard could have been closed up around the hammer! I'm wondering how many times it fell out of the open packaging on it's way to me? There was no evidence that the open end had ever been taped shut!
