I used these to replace the old, worn out and finicky thumb cams on my motorhome's exterior hatches.Installation was easy and the different latch pieces made it possible to get them to fit snuggly and to lock down tightly.

I am doing a new Camper Van conversion and have found these to be the simplest, least expensive best method to secure cabinet doors. These make sure nothing opens when on the roughest of back-roads. When preparing to drive, It is quick and easy to confirm each door is locked by seeing the position of the lever. These are noticeably heavier duty then the ones I used in my prior camper.Note that most cam locks available on Amazon are locking versions with a key, something I didn't want since the purpose is just to make sure the door couldn't fly open. The keyed versions would complicate preparations to drive and wouldn't have the easy visual confirmation of locking state.

These are pretty nice latches for doors on your storage areas of your RV. There are a couple options included for the catch, which is nice. These things get corroded and lock up frequently, so having extras around is a good idea. These seem to fit most standard access panels that I've seen. This is a good option for the price given how many of them are included.

Ordered these to replace the keyed lock on my camper's storage bay. Since we don't leavw ethe camper unattended I am not concerned about theft, and just end up leaving one side unlocked, which has warped the door a bit. This thumb cam not matches the other side, and means I can fully latch both ends of the door with ease.The turn mechanism is crisp and fluid. The metal parts are strong and cleanly machined. The depth of 7/8 is perfect for thickness of RV door panel on my Rpod. Since the box came with 10, I also added some to the kitchen and wardrobe drawers inside, which worked using the alternate tabs with the "S" shape.Yes, I would recommend this.

I needed only 2 so this 4 pack gives me 2 extra for a decent price. I primarily got this setup because the depth of the lock was what I needed for a 3/4" wood door. They make several depth for different thicknesses so that's pretty good. Others only had one size.The quality seems to be fine and its sturdy after installed so no problems with the installation and how it works. Just wat I needed.

We have a lot of brush chippers at work. The factory latches often break. This was a very cheap and good quality replacement for the latches!
