I purchased a set of steel pans twice and had to replace them when they started to rust. This time, I decided to try aluminum. It will not rust and it conducts heat better. The pan works. It is sturdy. And it cleans up easily. But I wash it by hand as dishwashers can harm aluminum's finish. I don't want to risk it.

This is exactly the type of pan used in all old-school pizza parlours. Never mind the bitching and moaning about it scratching... it's aluminium, what would you expect? If you need a pie pan, this is the one.

Has been pretty durable so far. Barely fits in the oven, but makes a great New York Style pizza!

I have been making Pizza for many years and I have tried many different pizza trays; if you do other steps correct, almost any tray would give you a good result. When I ordered this I bet that it would work very well, but I am a bit disappointed. It looks and feels nice but it does not bake the dough very well. You should put it very low in the oven close to the burner or the topping gets overbaked before the dough is baked enough. Among all the pizza pans that I have used, I recommend cast iron (you can find 10 inch and 14 inch versions on Amazon). Also making a smaller pizza is always a better decision.

Excellent quality. Pretty much what you would expect for a 15in pizza dish. Fun to throw around too.

Nice sturdy pans. I ordered five pans of variable sizes from same vendor. The 12 and 16 inch pans arrived in perfect condition, however the 11" pans (ordered two) arrived with some type of tacky, adhesive-like residue on them (mainly the reverse side) which not only caused initial difficulty removing them from the individual plastic bags supplied by the manufacturer, but even more disconcerting was the fact that the persistent residue also resisted cleaning efforts made with hot soapy water, adhesive remover, and rubbing alcohol. With nothing to lose, I finally achieved some progress in removing the adhesive/stains with the aid of an aggressive stainless steel cleaner and moderate scrubbing with a mildly abrasive "scrubbie" and/or steel wool pad.Communication with the vendor was good, and with only minor issues/delay, they swiftly replaced the two 11" pans -- but to my surprise they, too arrived in the same condition. At that point the vendor elected to refund my money, however what I really wanted was replacement pans WITHOUT the "defect" (adhesive residue). As stated above, I aggressively scrubbed the pans which eventually DID remove the "tackiness", but it also left me with 11" pans that had obvious markings (some scratches and some persistent minor staining). All of the various size pans work well, heat evenly, and don't burn the bottoms of my foods when baked in moderately heated ovens (although I haven't tried them at high temps yet). I use these pans to heat many different foods; biscuits, rolls, tiny hot appetizers, and YES - even PIZZA. What I especially like is the fact that the 11" and 12" pans fit in my OSTER toaster oven. In a stroke of genius, I just this weekend utilized two of these pans to hold/display two decorated cakes that I "gifted" for a birthday party. (They were still relatively bright and shiny, so no one even suspected that they were our everyday baking pans!) After a couple of months use I did notice that the 16 inch pan had a couple of marks left on it from my husband's "heavy hand" during a throw-down match with a thick crust pizza, however that is to be expected. Personally, I seldom, if ever cut anything on my pans, and in fact often use non-stick aluminum foil to line the pans in order to avoid unsightly residual baked on cooking spray and also out of consideration for my child labor "dish washing crew".

For the price, this pizza pan is nice. The 9" pan fits in our toaster ovens (Black&Decker Spacesaver and Proctor Silex economy model?). If you like softer pizza crust this works well. The aluminum is thick and seems very durable. We coat it with oil and a dusting of flour before putting the pizza dough on. 15-18 minutes at 400F works good for our pizzas. We also bought the Nordic Ware 8" pizza pan at the same time. It was a bit more expensive, but makes crispier crust and shorter bake time. These are both nice small pizza pans.

Ordered 4 of these pizza pans. Like them very much. I ordered the 16" wide rims. The rim is about 1" wide. Perfect size! The pans are very light but sturdy enough were they are not flexible or bendable. My pizza cutter is steel and it didnt leave cut indentations in the pans like I thought it would. These are good pans! I dont see it warping either after use. I could'nt be happier with the product. I have always used cheap darker nonstick steel pans and the nonstick kept peeling off so I quit buying them. Also the rims ledge dont interupt cutting into the crust when slicing. I really like these pans.Only draw back: Since these pans are light colored they reflect heat, unlike a darker metal pan absorbs heat, I have to add a little more cooking time to cook my crust with them. Just a couple minutes. Still better than eating nonstick coating so its a miner issue I dont mind having.I would buy these again in a flash!I had to order twice to get them. First order from Kitchen Pros never came. Waited weeks then tried to email but Amazon said they were no longer with them. I then filed a claim and Amazon stepped in and returned my money. Thank you Amazon. Kitchen Pros is no longer on Amazon still at this time it seems. Thank you again Amazon. Hope Amazon gets thier money back from those crooks. If they appear again avoid them! Just a warning. Then I ordered them from Culinary Depot through Amazon and recieved great service. Very fast shipping too. Ended up being cheaper than the first order was so it was a very good deal. If you choose to buy them from Cuinary Depot, you wont be sorry. Very nice pans and worth all the trouble. I could'nt find anything like them under 20.00 a pan in stores. I looked for months in stores. Make sure you measure the inside of your oven. The depth of my oven kept me at the 16 inch size. I decided to measure before ordering and its a good thing I did because I was going to order 18 in. That would of been a drag having to send them back. I ordered a pizza pan gripper from Amazon also. Grab one of those too. Helps to get the pan out of the oven or at least pull it out far enough to get a pot holder/mit under it so you can lift it. They're cheap and do help. I bought a cheap one and wish I had ordered the heavy duty version. The Winco PPG-8S Pizza Pan Gripper is not sturdy enough to lift a large pizza. There are better ones on here to buy. Theres two styles for deep/shallow pans so get the correct one to match your pizza pans. I'm not sorry I bought a pan gripper, just sorry I did'nt buy the right one. Read reviews!
