I bought the EVERYMATE Tib Bar Tibialis Trainer Calf Raise Machine with high hopes, but I’m having some difficulty using it. I’m not very savvy when it comes to exercise equipment, and I’m just not sure how to properly use these. I don’t really feel any burn when using it, so I’m wondering if I’m supposed to add weights or if there’s something I’m missing. It seems like it could be effective if used correctly, but I’m not sure how to get the full benefit from it. Overall, I’m not totally disappointed, but I wish there were more guidance on how to use it properly.

You can use other things to train the tibia's anterior and extensor digitorum longus, but assuming you already have weight plates, this is the easiest and most adjustable way to do it. I like that it comes with 2 fittings so that you can use standard (1") or olympic (2") weights. There are also 2 options for where to position the heel bar and this affects the leverage, so I feel it's pretty functional. The padding is nice and thick, so it's comfortable to use. The welding is not pretty, but the welding does go all the way around the bars rather than just a few spots, so it seems very durable. I'm happy with this addition to my workout room.

Easy to setup and use. Not the sturdiest piece of equipment but for the price, it is a nice addition to any home gym

I'm a rec league hockey player and also practice Brazilian jiu jitsu. I've been doing this exercise for about a month slowly building up the weight to 20lbs. I definitely noticed that my balance has improved. I catch myself better. Also, at jiu jitsu, we use those muscles quite a bit when we hook our feet around limbs to setup attacks, and I noticed mine have become much stronger. Also, it assembled quick in about 5 minutes, and the cuff that keeps the weight on works very well. I wish I had them on all my bars. Great little piece of equipment if you are a runner, skater, or do anything else that requires the little muscle on the side of your shin.

This was a great addition to my home gym.Not everyone might feel the need to work their tibs but I've always enjoyed it right after calves. And this particular tib bar is a rock solid option. The version that accepts standard 1" and olympic 2" plates is good if you have an eclectic collection of weights, but it's not really something that you'll want to switch between very often. The cantilever of the weight bar is enough that you won't need an awful lot of weight to get wrecked.Assembly is a snap if you look at the picture. If you're like me, and wanted to just wing it, you might end up putting the pads backwards but that's no big deal to fix.Overall, this is a fantastic purpose-built device that if you know you need one, this one is highly recommended.

I just received my tib bar and over night even!!It is great quality, it took me 4 minutes to assemble, without using the directions!! 😊 even, that are conveniently provided right here in the product description, very clever!!! Saves work and paper…..I am still waiting for 1.5 lbs set of two tib bar weights, but I did try it out without any weights and it feels nice and easy..I have developed knee swelling due to my employment, my knees take a lot of heat as a house keeper, after three yrs I guess they decided to complain, really I can’t blame them too much… but I’m excited to strengthen my calves, ankles, thighs, and lower back, which this bar will cover much of this easily in one work out move, I’m ready to be a better me.. and keep making that money, bills don’t care if your knees hurt… 🤣😂
