I bought this wheel to use with my grinder for shaping very narrow curves on molding planes. It does that. My grinder has a 1/2" arbor, and the wheel has a 7/8" hole, so I made a sleeve by turning down a nylon washer with a 1/2" center hole. It works well, and now the wheel does what I want it to. The washers can be bought at Lowe's or Home Depot.
