I recently ordered the KH-002 Timing Belt Kit with Water Pump for my 2004 Acura TL, and while I haven't installed it yet, I’m impressed with what I’ve seen so far. My mechanic, who has plenty of experience with these vehicles, examined the kit and noted its solid quality and comprehensive package. The components, including the timing belt, water pump, tensioner pulleys, camshaft seals, and serpentine drive belt, appear to be manufactured to high standards, matching OEM specifications.Everything arrived well-packaged, with all parts clearly labeled. The kit promises durability and performance with premium materials and strict quality control standards. It’s compatible with various Honda and Acura models from 2003 to 2014, making it a versatile solution for these engines. While I still need to see the kit in action once installed, the initial assessment and feedback from my mechanic have been reassuring. My 01 4Runner is still (I believe) running on its' original timing set (excluding belt, previous owner paid for a complete TB service but Toyota "only" replaced the belt, "other components showed no signs of wear" per notes😄) @ approx. 300k+ miles! Haven't installed it yet but certainly have some weight to'm, appearance looks flawless & assume the internals are as they should. Now take note; these engines are non-interference so nothing will be harmed if timing breaks & my old pulleys are getting quite noisy. Will update if anything's out of of balance if/when installed.
