Is a Timken it is a good seal. Amazon calls it a fit for my 1998 Jeep GCL however the seal is way too big. I believe it is a match for the d35 (though I cannot confirm this) but it is NOT the right seal if you have the d44. Check your axle!

Installed on Dana 35C Rear Driver side axle during bearing replacement. Pack groove in rubber with grease during. Pay attention to orientation: Install facing in correct direction & in correct order on axle during assembly (BEFORE you press on wheel bearing - per directions.

I did not realize when I ordered the Timken rear axel seal and bearing for my 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee that those would be OEM parts for that vehicle. I did get prices from the dealership and was quoted more than 3 times the amount that I paid for this set. I am glad I ordered through Amazon.

Had a leaking axle seal so I had to replace the seal and the bearing/collar set. Installed the seal and bearing set and haven't had anymore leaks. Highly recommend the Timken products.
