One cannot beat the quality of Timken parts! Had my mechanic replace the leaking differential seals on a 2010 Ford Escape.

Used (TIMKEN 710429 Seal) on the front differential of a 1998 Ford Explorer (which like all 1995-2011 explorers and 1998-2011 rangers uses a Dana35-SLA front diff). This is a CV shaft seal and right and left are different part numbers. The other side is (TIMKEN 710428 Seal).Fits/works.

Went in with little effort. Solid Timken seal. Be careful using the Timken 710428 on the passenger side. Thin metal outer ring will warp while installing if you’re not careful. National seals have solid thick outer rings that can take a beating going in.
