Solid brass is softer than barrel steel so there is no worry of damaging your bore, plus they will last much longer than the typical synthetic plastic tips.

Good quality and I like that fact that it has both riffle and pistol ones. Though yes you can use either one on both pistol or riffle barrels.

Loops in .22 and .30 caliber are easy to find and come in most kits. .38 and .45 are less common, and I got this set only to add those two sizes to my portable kit.They appear to be well made and should do quite nicely. The sizes are stamped into them, in case there is any question on which one to use.

I've broken many plastic slotted gun cleaning jags in my day. These brass, sturdy jags are best for mopping up gun barrels after brush cleaning. Highly recommend these jags, don't worry about scratching or hurting your barrel, you won't! 02/07/24

Great jags, various sizes fit my shotgun, all my handguns to my .22 cals.The slots fit a 2x2 gun cleaning patch easily and brass so they won’t scratch my barrels. Had to smooth down one of them, had a bit of a sharp part.

These are the best and most comfortable ear plugs I have ever owned. They don't fall out and are easy to put in. I measured my ear using a digital caliper and found I had a concha bowl just over 1.102 inches in size. Knowing this I ordered a large size and they fit perfectly. I have a feeling that any complaints about the fit of this product come from people not taking a proper measurement. That being said if I ever need another pair of plugs because of loss or damage I will absolutely order another pair of these.

Jags seem to be quality items with no rough edges and exist for the common barrel sizes of .22 .30 9mm (labeled .38) and .45, but I think it would have been nicer if the .38 were a .338. The .30 is a little small for my .338 and rifle jags need to be tight in the barrel, where as pistol jags can be a little looser, so a .338 jag could be used in 9mm. I suppose the argument could be made that .338 isn't really gonna work in a .40 where as a .38 will so maybe it's 6 of one, half a dozen of the other, but however you slice it, I would have liked a .338 jag in this package. It's a relatively common caliber. Other than that, this is a well made set and definitely worth 8 bucks
