Don't waste your money. Rubber started cracking within TWO weeks of receiving. This is not something you want to fail. If these tensioners break there is a good chance the tire chain will roll off the tire and rip your brake lines.

I didn't even get to drive one foot upon test fit of these brand new tensioners in my driveway they broke upon first stretch. I'm glad I didn't find this out in the mountains when I actually needed them do not waste your money on this product please. Definitely returning

Received these to tighten my chains. I wanted to test everything before I needed it so I put the chains on here at home. One of the bungee cords broke (separated from the inside ring) putting it on when it was 55 degrees outside. The material is not very stretchy. Fortunately I bought some bungee cords at a dollar store and they work great. Into the dumpster these go!
