The HD forged spear will penetrate your bale, and won't push the bale off of the stack like many round spears are known to do. Designed to be used in conjunction with conus 2 hay sleeves already installed on your hay frame attachment.

I put these spears in my titan frame. I was doing round bales so it was a good time to test them out. I love them as I could see what I was doing and they’re strong enough to pick up 5’ round bales.

Only comment is that I needed to wire brush paint from the threads to get the nut to tighten in place. It was a pain to realize that after it wouldn't tighten and have to remove it, wire brush, then reinstall Otherwise, no complaints. Not sure if I should have, but I applied anti-seize compound so I could remove the nut down the road.
