Your cart is empty. Titanium Exhaust Header Wrap Tape Improves Car and Motorcycle Performance
Constructed from pulverized lava rock, extruded into fibers, and then woven into a tight weave to give this material titanium-like strength and toughness. Made to reduce the heat from your exhaust pipes. This improvement in thermal protection helps reduce engine bay temperatures resulting in cooler intake air for improved performance.
Titanium Wrap is extremely durable and capable of handling more heat than any other wrap found on the market today. Typical glass fiber wrap is rated at handling 1200°F of maximum direct heat, while Titanium Wrap is capable of handling direct continuous heat up to 1800°F and radiant heat up to 2800°F. It is pliable so there is no need to wet the wrap when wrapping headers or pipes.
Titanium Wrap will NOT shrink because of it's material structure. It is more resistant to temperature and vibration break-dwon, abrasions, chemical and hot oil spills when compared to glass fiber wrap.

Just welded my own set of drag pipes and this wrap set the whole project off beautifully. Gold color perfectly matched the pinstripes on my bike

Love the wrap . Works better then other wraps I have used in the past. Wrapped my down pipes on a 335i and dramatically decreased under hood temps and it helped muffle the wastegate rattle. I will buy this product again in a heart beat.

Went on ok, wear gloves. Straps need pulled tight with needle nose to hold firmly.

Really fast service. This product is great!!! This is the best deal I could find online and in stores. I had previously bought a similar product from O'Reilly's and it was twice the price and shorter in length as well as not as thick. I am completely satisfied with the quality of my product, the service provided, and I was also stoked that it came with 6 stainless steel locking ties!!! I even have about half left over for my next project!!!
