It punches way above its price range. What a great scope. There is certainly a learning curve to it as it has so many features, but once you get a hang of it makes shooting very accurate and spotting an animal insanely easy. Battery life is great, but certainly helpful that it comes with 2 batteries.

I mounted the scope on my 308 and it worked great for the first couple of shots. However, it turned off on me twice after firing 15 rounds. I am an engineer and I suspect that the battery's retention spring is disconnecting for a split second during the recoil. DNT probably needs to put a capacitor in line with the battery to stay on during a momentary recoil battery disconnect.

The dual spectrum in PIP is more useful to me than some thermal overlaid nvds that are orders of magnitude more expensive. Finally, there is a NV/THERMAL that is better than just it's sensor stats. The way it all works together is great. I can't believe they can keep up with demand for these. Everyone should have one.

Great scope. Only thing that i could think that could make it better would be the FPS for video playback and slow motion.

This scope is the best value for the money. As one guy mentioned that his shut off after a shot make sure you screw the battery cap on tight as you can get it. Mine did the same as his and shut off and rebooted after a shot on my crossbow. I then screwed the battery cap on a little tighter and it never did it again.
