They are sturdy and has better grip than the previous cables on my bowlex home gym. They've been used for almost 6 months & I don't see any changes to it's structure so I am happy with the product.

The cable appears to be the proper length and of good caliber. The only problem I’ve run into so far is that the thimble and is bigger than the original component therefore it does not push through the pulley system on the bow flex. I need to squeeze and make the thimble smaller maybe with pliers so that it’ll pass through, but it appears it should work OK after that.

This is a good cable for that extra length to work in any cable machine. Like the pic you only do get 2 links and 2 cables. So far it held up on my cable machine which has a max weight of 150 lbs. I added this cable to some pull down and row workouts and it feels solid and strong. The cables are about 10 inches with links on each end your looking at about a good foot 12 inches

These allow you to do different kinds of exercises by getting deeper in on your reps. They're built tough and hold up to intense workouts.

I tested them and they worked fine. Someone's review said they were not 12 inches, so I measured them with a ruler. They measurement I got was 12 inches or very close to it (maybe a millimeter off at best).
