My toddler just turned 2, and while we aren’t in full potty-training mode yet, I already feel much better having this on hand. Traditional stepstools make me nervous—there’s too much room for falling or touching the toilet for balance (yuck!). The side rails and handles on this make all the difference. It folds up surprisingly small, was easy to set up, and gives my little one more confidence in trying the potty. She’s already more interested in using it just by seeing it there! Every kid potty trains differently, but having tools like this on hand makes the process smoother. It’s the perfect height, safe and sturdy, and doesn’t slide at all. My only minor complaint is that I wish it was a bit slimmer for storage, but overall, it’s a great product. My son, who is the size of a 4–5-year-old, fits on it with no issues, unlike other potties that were too small.

This is a great toddler potty! It’s the perfect height. It fits well. It’s safe and sturdy. It doesn’t slide whatsoever. It was fairly easy to put together! I just wish it was a little slimmer for easier storage but I have no issues with it. My son is the size of a 4/5 year old and it fits him with no issues. Other potties have been too small for him.

My son loves it and it has been an essential tool to potty training him. It fits like a glove and I feel it’s safe, have not had any issues . Really easy to set up. Doesn’t weigh much and easy to maneuver. Definitely worth it and super functional.

Well, I do have a little stepstool and toilet seat cover for my daughter already. However, I really like the idea that this was a connecting stepstool and seat set. It has two steps that are adjustable, also a plus because I have a rather short toilet seat on the main floor. The seat itself is not super soft, but it doesn’t seem to bother my daughter. I like that it is safe with the little handrails. It’s a good value, and my only issue would be that it is kind of awkward to put away I don’t have a lot of space in the bathroom that she is using it in. It would be nice if you could take it apart easily and put it in a little carry bag.

Easy to put together and setup. Its very secure on the seat, I only wish it didnt take up so much space or converted to a step stool when not in use

This potty-training toilet seat is sturdy and perfect for toddlers needing extra help getting on a seat. I thought the steps might have been a little gimmick, but I didn’t realize how helpful having someplace for their feet would make them more comfortable. This seat is a perfect fit for toddlers, easy for them to use and is almost like having a kid sized squatty potty, they love it.

Teaching your little one to learn how to use the potty is always a bit of a crap shoot! (Pun was fully intended.) You never know if they will get it quickly or will take forever, you never know how much longer they will still need diapers and a bunch of other variables. This being our 3rd to go through the process and not as planned as the first 2, we had to get all new supplies for things like potty training. This step stool was very easy to assemble, folds up easily, and is lightweight yet still sturdy. Unlike the one that we had before, it is great that we can fold this up and put it off to the side for those who don't need it, and can then quickly unfold it and put it back in place when needed again. Our only concern with this is that it doesn't latch onto the toilet or get secured in any way, it just sits on top. All kids move and squirm so much at any time that we are worried about that when it comes time to do things on her own. Maybe if some non-slip rubber was added to the bottom it would prevent any slipping. My "true rating" (patent/copyright pending🤣) is 3.6 out of 5.🐻 *Statement/Disclaimer: This review is part of Amazon's Vine Program which provides products at a reduced cost in exchange for sincere/frank reviews. My toddler turned 2 last month and while we are not yet in the throes of potty training, I feel much better about it already having this on hand. Traditional stepstools make me very nervous and I just could not see her being able to use one to climb up on a toilet without either falling down, or having to touch the toilet itself after feeling like she would lose her balance (yuckkkkk!) So having the side rails and handles is so clutch. It folds up very small (the box it comes in was shockingly small) and it was easy to unpack/unfold and snap into place. Every kid potty trains differently, but I think all parents can do is watch for cues and be prepared with items like this that simplify access and make the child feel safer/more secure when trying the potty. She has already shown more interest in the potty after seeing this set up in the bathroom, and I am sleeping a little better knowing that we already have it (versus trying to find one and get it delivered/set up after we're already off and running with training.)
