This is a handy kit to have if you need to add a peephole to a door. It comes with the appropriate drill bit, and the peephole, which screws together for assembly. The items are made of good quality materials as well.

Worked great. Nice black anodized color, fits will, has an inside cover to keep prying eyes from seeing in when you're not there. Drill works great on both wood and metal doors, hole is JUST big enough to fit it, so BIG TIP COMING.....MAKE SURE YOUR DRILL IS PERFECTLY LEVEL AND STRAIGHT.I was slightly off and had to use a burr file on my drill to enlarge the hole slightly in one direction to get them lined up on my metal door. GOOD thing is the outside portion has a large overlap over the drilled hole so it covered up my mistake.Only peeve is that is has no O-Ring or seal against the elements on the outside piece.Great field of view, and we both love them.

I wanted to replace my old peep hole and this one was perfect. The same size as my old one and I like how it came with the drill bit but I didn't need to use it since my old hole worked. I like the quality and material of the peep hole.

I ordered the incorrect size to replace one I already have. The eyepiece end is smaller than original. That's not a problem on part of vendor.Peep holes looks good. Two pack comes with a proper size drill bit.Straightforward process to install. Drill the hole, clean it out a bit, insert half and screw in the other half.i placed the original lower than most people probably would. It's easier for smaller people and children to look out. And it's really not a problem if you're taller to stoop for a bit to see what wonders await you outside your front door.
