We are artists in my household and good erasers are on our radar. Though kneaded erasers tend to be the most gentle on paper, the Tombow Mono Smart Eraser does a great job removing pencil marks without compromising surfaces, even on thin stock. Its slim size profile is ergonomic and easy to handle. It's also a good travel eraser, fitting nicely into small pencil cases.The Tombow is a good value for a quality eraser that really works. It also allows for precision mark removal and keeps things looking neat whether you use it for art, notes or general paperwork. My wife loves using it for her piano studies, an activity that sometimes requires frequent changes in tight spaces. The eraser is effective and not as hard as many other white erasers on the market.
