Tone Riders are a favorite of mine. I have them in 2 bases and 1 guitar. They have a nice mellow sound while having a modern punch. To my ears they sound as good as the expensive ones.

This pickup is a great replacement for stock ones. They are well made and fit perfectly.I installed it on my Squire P-J Bass in the Bridge position.

Einen StegPU alleine zu beurteilen ist schon schwer -und dann sind auch noch Flatwounds auf diesem Bass. Der typische Ton ist jedenfalls da und das eher auf der kräftigen Saite, es könnte sogar sein, dass er mit seinem Kollegen am Hals ein richtig gutes Team bildet. Definitiv im besten Sinn den Preis wert!

This is really sensational pickup - for the money you can't get anything better than this one. It is easily as good as most of the well known and established brands like Fender, Seymour Duncan etc. Very nice, vintage ,,woody,, sound - roll back trebles a bit and you get that sweet Jaco sound. I have installed a pair of Tonerider TRJ 1 pickups in my Vintage Fretless Jazz Bass and it's a match made in heaven ! I'm a very happy customer !

Von Knackig Klar bis schön Zerre...Dieser Single Coil schafft alles was ich in meinem Bass brauche.In Verbindung mit dem Precision Split Coil Tonabnehmer deckt das die gesamte Soundpallette ab die ich benötige.Die Verarbeitung sowie der Klang der Tonerider Pickups ist absolut, um nicht zu Übertreiben, Fantastisch.Für das Geld bekommt man absolut Ehrliche, wirklich Handgemachte (Erkennt man an den Bearbeitungsspuren) und vor allem Klanglich Traumhafte Tonabnehmer.Ich bin von den Tonerider Pickups so Überzeugt das ich alle mein Gitarren damit ausgestattet habe!Egal ob Tele, Strat oder Les Paul.Die Dinger Rocken alles weg!
