I purchased a few but landed on this one. It heats up quickly and the foot pad gets crazy hot! When my back hurts I can lay on the bottom diagonally and put a towel over the foot pad and put it on my low back. I got a small battery fan to help blow the hot air down.

Purchased this sauna and assembled as instructed and this produces very little heat at all. Disappointed to say the least. Seller reached out and helped me get a replacement through the manufacturer. Excellent customer service.

The heat was great, I really loved the sauna, but it only lasted 3 months then quit working out of nowhere while in use.One minute it was nice and warm, the next it was off with no idea what happened.For $200 I would have hoped that it would have been a little bit more long lasting.Zero support doesn't help either.If you buy it get the extended warranty just in case 😅 I sure wish I had

Easy to set up. Doesn't take much space. Preheat the sauna and enjoy. Nice easy controller and comes with a chair. Also the red light is soothing and helps to see inside.

Seems to work good and gets hot. Only thing I wish is that it were a little bigger, when you sit in the uncomfortable chair your back is pretty close to the back wall. Infrared light is not very bright. Kinda looks like a nightlight and not sure it does anything

I have purchased several IR personal saunas over the year, and this one is by far the best designed, the most comfortable, and the most effective I have purchased so far. Installation was easy. There is a lot of room inside to comfortably sit without touching the panels. It is quick to warm-up. It holds my desired temp of 145 to 150 perfectly. I start breaking sweat quickly. The red light is nice too. Not sure of the therapeutic value. I like the window and not covering it has not affected the temp control. So far, the best IR I have purchased. But only one week. I will report on durability in a year or if it breaks. But quality is surprisingly great for the price.P.S. it arrived in a box marked steam sauna, which are the cheaper variants. I was torqued and ready to return, but inside was an IR sauna exactly as described.

I will start by saying I enjoy this product. However is you’re consider purchasing this unit you should be aware that it does not function as advertised.Here is how it stacks up for me.Ease of assembly: 10/10 A very tall child could do it(I joke a lot)Ease of use 10/10. It’s basically plug and play with very easy to understand controls.It comes with red light therapy. I’m unsure if this is effective because it doesn’t seem to put off that much light. Who knows? But really who knows? If you know. Please tell me. I’m dying to know if this light provides enough red light to reach a therapeutic level.Noise. If you leave it plugged it hums loudly. I assume it’s a fan. Just sounds like money leaving my bank. Unplug it and your fine I suppose.Heat level. Here is the part that earned the 3 stars. Consistently can only get it to 112 degrees Fahrenheit after an hour of run time. 90 degrees in about 15-20 and then about a 5 degree increase every 8 minutes or so. And that’s at max setting.I still get a good sweat on but the hot in ten minutes thing is a bold faced lie.Hope this helps! Cheers sweaty people!

Works really well. Easy to set up. I use it 3-4 times a week. I wanted to get this to make sure I would actually use it a lot before investing in a bigger setup but now that I have it I don't think I need anything else.
