This product gets the job done but it does not come with actual instructions. You have to go to the product page to see the instructions and even then they’re very minimal and it makes this process a bit of a hassle and more work than what it needs to be.

The product works as expected. Came with all the tools needed for a quick and efficient repair. The glue on the screen could be a little stronger, but that might also be user error for not doing a thorough enough job of cleaning and preparing the metal frame. Would buy again.

The digitizer was faulty and a bad part 1/4 the screen didn’t pick up touch, i re built several times checking my work and connection before realizing the part was defective.

My 9 yr old daughter was heartbroken when her iPad completely shattered when she dropped it. Well momma bear got to searching and I found this product. After looking at a couple of videos on YouTube I managed to get it done. It looks brand new, everything worked and she is happy. I even made sure I got a protective case this time.

Had this installed in less than 30 minutes. Nice kit, good tools. I elected not to try to remove/reinstall the fingerprint reader from my old 6G screen - too risky - and the button that comes with the screen is solid. Works perfectly with Apple Pencil.Confession: I've replaced an iPad screen before, so I knew that the ribbon cables have blue plastic coverings that must be removed, that the screen has protective plastics front and back; the front protector is easy to see, the back protector easy to miss.Nice product; would buy it again. My trusty 6th-gen iPad lives on to fight another day...

This was for my Ipad 6. The item fit to specs all tools but one was incorrect. I got a hex screwdriver when it should had been a Philips. But no big deal everything is working will update it anything goes wrong
