I have received a 2 of these screen replacements. The first arrived full of scratches and didn’t work after installing. We returned it and got a replacement that came with even more scratches and a crack. I don’t understand how they can sell stuff like this! Very bad quality!I want my money back!

I can't use my Kindle. The screen looks perfect, but there is no touch use. I cannot get to my books, no matter which way I swipe. My Kindle is useless.

This works really well. Had issue with first one and company acted quickly and sent replacement. Only issue is getting the seal again, hand to use hair dryer to heat up the seal/sticker area to get better adhesion.
