I added this in my guest bathroom to make it a little easier for my kids to wash their hands without making a huge mess, and without risk of changing the temperature to something unsafe/too hot. There's a niche use case here - obviously, you don't want it in a place where running the sink for long periods (to like fill a bucket or pot) is required because you have to keep tripping the sensor. Something I hadn't thought about is that it's not super convenient to change the temperature. But, that being said, the kids are spilling less, wasting less water, and it works great.

As part of my home renovations, I have wanted to install a touchless faucet in my utility room, where it will output a warm water stream for everything I do in that location. I almost did not purchase this item because the product description did not explicitly say whether or not it has the valve and controller included. I have now received and checked the item, and I'm glad to say that it DOES contains everything needed to replace the existing faucet in my utility room. So, if you're thinking about buying one of these don't worry it does contain all of the parts you will need to use it.Initially I was surprised to see a touchless faucet that really cost no more than an ordinary bathroom sink faucet - That was a bit of a surprise for me. This was one reason why I was concerned about it not having all the essential parts in the package, but it does. I haven't installed this faucet yet, and I probably won't for another month or two, thus I'm giving it 4 stars at this point, and I will update my review later after I actually get it installed and have used it. So far, I am very pleased with this item as a very good value for the price.
