Just installed my new fireplace. It is even better than I expected. So many controls, colors and settings. Works like a charm and the app makes it super easy (and fun). My only two comments are (1) the heater is weak, might be effective in a very small space but who installs such a large fireplace in a large space? It maybe takes the cold edge off, but that's about it and (2) they should build in a "crackle" sound option that can be programmed with a variety of sound options. I like the sound of a real fire which would be a real compliment to this excellent fireplace. I knew the heater was weak and that there was no sound when I purchased, so more of a suggestion to the manufacturer. Overall, this is an excellent unit and a great value for the money. I highly recommend.

What's unique about this brand is they have the foresight to match the fireplace width to popular TV sizes. The glass frame is much thinner than other less expensive brands. Installation for inset was easy to do. The simulated flames look decent from far away. Heating works well. Comes with lots of different options for flame and the bottom edge light.

I've always wanted a fireplace, but a traditional one wasn't feasible in my apartment. This electric fireplace looks amazing! The realistic flame effects are customizable, and the heater provides a nice boost of warmth on chilly nights. Love that it's smart-enabled too.

The flame height is very low compared to the display size, making it not worth the money. Unfortunately, I installed it after the return period, so I’m stuck with it and can’t return. Disappointing purchase—definitely not worth it.

Since the picture was taken - we have had the dry wall repaired around the fireplace.. it looks fantastic, love the natural colors even though there are tons of colors... and it even produces heat. It is exactly what I was looking for... we chose this one because the contractor said that we needed a 4.5" thin to fit in the wall. We also had him build a bracket inside the wall - just to be safe and secure because it was a support wall.This is a plug and play type but it does need a dedicated line because of the heating element. highly recommend... we love it...

When my husband installed the fireplace I knew it was going to be a wonderful addition to our living space. We turned in on and immediately were in awe of how beautiful it looked and the heat coming from it filled the room. We live in a fifth wheel with 10ft ceilings and we could definitely feel the warmth.It was easy to install, it was boxed with care. We would highly recommend this fireplace.
