The hackamore fits great and does its job with my daughters gelding. She likes that she now has one of her own for her show bridle and does not have to use her friends.

Bit was working well, but then literally just fell apart mid-ride. The rope noseband came out! We threw it away. I was very disappointed!

Went searching for hackamore to put over snaffle bridle for “emergency brake” for my dressage horse because during winter we usually have deer/coyote and hawks suddenly appear in the arena. Wanted something that had the brakes of a double bridle but would allow me to work with the snaffle only. Works ask I had hoped. Can work with snaffle twin and leave hackamore twin slightly slack until he decides to vacate because of unwanted visitors.. works perfectly and have been able to work on homework in snaffle

A pretty good knock off of the Reinsman Beetle Hack for the price. I found the nose piece is a little soft and un-constructed but at least, I don't think it will do much harm. Oh and answering Amazon Customer question posted 7/24/17...no I don't think it will rub off any "hair" off your horses nose. (horses, even the cutest cuddly one's, don't have fur!)

I love this hack! My horse prefers it to some of the more expensive ones. It allows both comfort and clear signals for my horse. He has stopped tossing his head, and a happy horse makes a happy horse Mom!
