They are described as conchos, which usually have a flat profile. These are rounded (convex) and protrude out, they do not look like traditional conchos.

I never leave reviews but these were so bad I felt I had to. I'm giving 2 stars because the magnets are very strong. However, the magnets pop right off of the decoration piece. Two of the toppers were off when I received the package, the third one popped off while trying to remove it from the cardboard packaging, and the fourth popped off when I (gently) tried to pull the magnets apart for use on my daughters number sign. Unless you are satisfied using bare magnets (this made my daughter very sad), I wouldn't even consider these.
