Bought them for a project but unfortunately they are too small, but great quality pieces otherwise. I'll figure out something to do with them.

Couldn't get black so I used neatsfoot oil and black shoe polish and soaked them on a paper plate for a couple days. Came out nice and black. Even after all that oiling they were still pretty stiff. But they do the job!

Arrived filthy and stinking like god only knows what. Leather is stiff as a board. Will be soaking the hell out of these and hoping for the best.

Nice quality. These were missing from a used saddle I bought. Really made an improvement in the appearance.

Unlike my last pair, this is THICK leather. I conditioned the leather and fastened it on the smallest hole when I received it. So when I fastened it on my saddle a few hours later it was relatively easy. Solid product unlike some others that use thin leather that dry rots in a year.
