I like the product but:1. No assembly instructions....would have been helpful to know the direction to assemble the numbers, and2. Round "balls" did not have lines painted to look like tennis balls...disappointing.

The score keeper easily hangs on the net, the numbers are easy to read and turn. The one item that can be improved is that the inside hook slips and the scorekeeper falls to the top rung of the hook.

The product is nice looking BUT it did not come with the rings shown in the pictures on Amazon. The rings on the Amazon show a strange u shaped design that helps the score stay on the net. The ones in the actual order do not stay on the net and fall off frequently. I made a pvc pipe assembly to hang the score keeper on and it worked well but was clunky.

I followed the directions provided and had no trouble with getting each piece onto the clips in the correct order/direction. I love that the scorekeeper looks like little tennis balls...much better than the more popular (and boring) rectangular type. The scores are much easier to see than the rectangular type, which is an unexpected benefit. I receive a ton of compliments on them. They are very easy to clip on and remove from the net. I like that the little storage bag is included. Highly recommend.
